Outrageous time!!!. Gentlemen, New years eve was "THE BEST". 
The food, service and ambiance were second to none. 
The entertainment was "fabulous" we were sad we had to leave.
 We have seen national stars that didn't have as much impact on us as this band. 
We will check periodically for their return and we will be back 
to see them and dine AGAIN AND AGAIN.....Thank you much.....

Hi Joe,
I just wanted to thank you and your staff for doing a great job for us.
I think the weather forecast (wrong) kept the turnout lower than expected,
but everyone had a good time. I heard nothing but good thing about the
 food and service your bartender and waitresses provided. 
I will strongly suggest we make this an annual event and possibly look
 to do some other things at the Hi-Hat. 
I’ll be out of town next week.  When I get back I want to talk to you about a 
Christmas party we put on in early November.

Just wanted to drop a note to say how much we enjoyed your
 Valentine's Day event.  The food was out of this world. 
 From the appetizers to the desserts --- each and every course was 
delicious, and it seemed like a lot of effort and attention
 was paid it, down to the smallest detail.  The band was fantastic, the whole 
crowd had fun, and the atmosphere was perfect.  The rose was a
 very nice surprise, also.  Hope to get back to The Hi Hat soon.
